What is the deal where you live?

What is the cost for insurance? monthly?

Here blue cross for a family of four or six is not an out of this world expense.

What is the big deal in America?

So please break it down for me. </div></div> In th ehospitals zone I work,we don't have a long wait at th eE/R atall. what they haveis lots of small community health cemters, athat seem to have the long wait instead. better there than th eER though because the cost difference is phenomenal

what do you have to pay for ambulance? In ontario we dont as far as i know.

My inlaws have a supplemental plan covering dental and prescription and eye care stuff like that... I think it costs between $200 and $300 per month...(but thats two older people)

They then "pass on" the costs to those who are insured by billing the insurance companies which then raise their premiums because they are profit-driven companies. And the cycle continues. Hence a need for health care reform in the U.S. </span>

so if yuh nuh have no insurance no ambulance? </div></div>if you need ambulance they will carry you but they will bill you for it an sen yu to collections if yu noh pay. but if the paramedics treat you but don't drive you to hospital there is no charge.

A friend of mine son fell ill at school so they called an ambulance ...Couple weeks later he got a $400 invoice in the mail..I think it's different if you are in an accident but dont quote me on that...

The charges to the city town or insurance is in the region or 400 if one or 800 iof it is 2 units. one unit come for BLS and a second one comes if it requires ALS skills.of the

Yup! I saw it. Actually the ad is taken from an interview which was edited to bits (and then some)
to make it sound like Canada's health care system is deadly.
