I stand corrected: the purpose of the visit is two-fold. The cynic in me is gobsmacked that the Obama administration, any western government actually, is tackling the issue of sexual violence in Africa. There's been so much turning a blind eye in order to pillage resources up until now.

On a related note, a recent article in the Intl. Herald Tribune explained that sexual violence and rape against men is now becoming a big issue in the DRC.

it is definitely to secure minerals an tings. Congo is de only place on earth that has Tantalum. This mineral is in all of our electronic products. And as I said b4, no where else pan earth has it but Congo. Another reason she is there is for Africom.
