Marilyn I find it hard to believe that it was just a random robbery.

Our neighbourhood is not known for this.
In the years I've been living there that hasn't been a single robbery, much less a murder like this.

I also find it hard for this to be a random robbery. This house is deep in the neighborhood. For someone to pass so many other homes and pick this one is strange. I know the survivor indicated it was a robbery but things just don't seem to add up. The police have not commented on a motive. It sounds like it was really brutal crime which may indicate passion.

Magic, I forgot you are right around the corner from that house.

PS: Maybe I watch too much Law and Order.

the thing is it could be money...because ones who do this type of thing are usually very passionate about money- so could be a 'crime of passion' as well;

who knows;
when my sistrin & her babyfather were murdered in their home it was over money...apparently they got a tipoff that they had a large sum of money in the house & that's all it took;

I agree. Either someone had beef with ThrillaU or with the family where his daughter was staying. Besides a plain robbery doesn't normally result in a brutal crimescene (experience from watching CSI only)

from the news here in ATL normally i seeing that most of these home invasions are set up or done by people known to the victims.
(not a csi or law n order viewer)

I just spoke to a very close family friend of the lady and her son who was murdered. I can't say too much but he is torn up and very suspicious of everything.

Well if she injured so bad that she lie there outside all night and only get the strength to make a call late the next morning, still lying in the driveway, then meeda call smaddy from mi speed dial which only require pressing one button instead call 911 and spell street name gi address (she visit from Jamaica, so might not even know the address to give)
