Can't confirm this but I hear that the survivor was call 119 which is Jamaica's phone number for 911 and then just called a friend. Again this is a third party conversation so it is unconfirmed.

That woulda mek sense still Xavier. Caw with all the countries having different emergency numbers it's confusing. They should all agree on one number.
