
Socialite Don Creary who is popular around many elite parties and entertainment hot spots has been charged with rape by the Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences & Child Abuse (CISOCA).
According to the police Creary was charged on Wednesday afternoon by CISOCA after being questioned in the presence of his attorney, Tom Tavares Finson.
Reports are that Creary and a 22 year old woman took a 15 year old girl to an apartment in St. Mary where she was allegedly given alcoholic beverages and sexually assaulted. The teen told her mother what transpired and a report was filed to the police.
Subsequent investigations led to the arrest of the two. Both are to appear before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s court later this week.

Former JLP Councillor Don Creary Charged With Rape
Former Jamaica Labour Party councillor for the Castleton Division Don Crearyhas been arrested and charged on rape allegations.
His lawyer, Tom Tavares-Finson says Creary was charged in connection with an incident that occurred in 2013.
Creary reported to the Kingston offices of the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse this morning where he was questioned in the presence of his lawyers Tavares Finson and Nadine Atkinson Flowers.
Creary was councillor for the Castleton Division from 2003 to 2007.
Creary will remain in jail.
