How is it we don't have that sort of problem with Jamaican youth in new England?
I suppose you may want to think that we do not have a lot of them here. That is why they can't start doing what was proposed.
They started out doing it.
Many who live there today do not realize that blacks were banned including Jamaicans for a long time.
Jamaicans were the first set of blacks accepted after the war2. They all races broke loose.
They problem was that there was and still is a conscious action to prevent Jamaicans that grow up in the school system from achieving an education.
That is the crux of the matter. The policy creates criminals out of innocent young black children.
Then they want to blame the people.
The same the Jamaican government did to black Jamaicans in Jamaica, is done to them in Canada.
The Difference is that because the majority of the teachers have a different attitude from the policy.

i would suggest they take a geography and meteorology class.. They would then know Typhoons do not occur in the caribbean
