I love shopping at wholefoods and mi married a man wey nuh shop nowhere else Like my hubby alway sey...him rather buy name brand food than name brand clothes and if wholefoods carry it a deh wi shop.
Have you ever tried Trader Joe's? I find that they have similar organic products and the prices are less. Also what about your local farmer's market. Their products are fresh, a tad pricy but at least you know they were grown by local farmers and more than likely are picked the day before or the same morning when they are offered for sale.
I do the farmers market..fresh fruits and veggies but certain things wi buy at whole foods. I don't know if there is a trader Joe's around here but will check and see.
I have yet to try Trader Joe's.....I heard it sucks!!!!
I am a farmer's market junkie....:inove:
As a person that loves to cook , I buy quality products. You can't get certain items at your local supermarket or at walmart. I prefer quality over quantity......that's just my preference.
Trader Joe's have good quality stuff - just ask the folks
on the west coast. I work near both WF and TJ and I shop
at both but me know how "we" like to buy the best of
everything - it's in our DNA. I however prefer the farmer's market. Me going out dey right now in the rain.
i am a whole foods junkie i love certain things that they dont have elsewhere. I'm a firm beleiver in whatever u put in your body should supercede the quality of what is in the outside. I'd rather eat healthy than wear brand name clothes

I do...... </div></div>
mee too... i believe that whatever gets in my body must improve it in some way, and whatever I wear must express the value i place in my body. After all it is the only one I have and it will have ti serve me as long as i am here.
and i believe that the way you treat stuff they usually return the compliment.
You see dowe .... plus dema boycott the whole food stores dem sayka whey the President or some executive of WF pass remarks that the President proposed health care plan no gwine werk or eh no fe pass all peeple have fe do is shap a WF and then dat will mek dem healthy or some such nonsense. Poor peeple losing dem homes, dem jabs can barely mek eh and him waan dem fe shap a WF.
