memba me from last weekend? well same ish diffrant day

wake up from 5:30 and is 6:00 and mi nuh mek nuh progress yet. well mi podcasts loaded so a guess dats some progress.

we have a 4hr run tideh inna di rain
- mi never run so long before
- never run inna di rain before
- mi have cold
- prone to asthma



gawn guh mek mi oatmeal and put on di accoutrement of running.

Good morntain Plantain Tart I am back home after a week of work-related travel.
Going to weed out the front garden beds even though it looks like rain here in DC. Also going to try a 3-mile walk today, my first since foot surgery. Can't wait to start my running again as I've gained a few pounds

Mi stuck wid the 10 year old wid sore throat... calling mi every minute fi bring sinting inna di room come gi har. A tek liberty a mi since har madda gone a church.
