Tourist Visa for Canada

lawd things have changed drastically

I know that this has been discussed ad nauseaum but I never had reason to pay attention

I just checked the immigration site but they dont give too much info.

A visa is required for visitors from JA....okay check
what about the letter of invitation? where does that come into play?
where can u find the forms to fill out to do all of this??
