Don't want to sidetrack but one of my ex-coworkers (she was laid off) made the mistake of going on Facebook to badmouth my manager. Well, my manager of course ended up seeing what she posted. There goes any chance of my ex-coworker getting a letter of recommendation to show potential employers in the future. Some people just don't think.
