The city of New York has thrown the book at the tattoo parlor where Rihanna illegally inked a few people back in July, reports RadarOnline.com.
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene cited East Side Ink for "operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site" after the R&B singer was photographed tattooing several of the shop's employees during a visit with her longtime tattoo artist, BangBang.
