OK, I'll play devil's advocate...

I wonder how this would have gone over if a white smadi would have grabbed the mic from a black performer who had won and proceeded to big up another white performer who as nominated in that category but lost. Would it have been viewed as &quot;not a big deal&quot; as the writer above seems to allude to?

sorry,not willing cut mump face bwoy a break....I didnt know who Taylor Swift was but that doesnt matter.

it doesnt even matter about if her video was better or not than B's. It is an award show. EVERYONE at some point disgree with the judges choices so that is common assault. Imagine if each time an award was presented the person in the audience who disagreed did what Kayne did

and just cause we havent heard of Taylor doesnt mean she isnt popular out there. I havent been a TWeen in a long time and just cause I as a grownup never heard of her doesnt mean she isnt well known already and has nuff attention paid to her as is.

I know ppl love to say any publicity is good publicity and yes, I do agree that is true....attention is attention.

but this does not change the face that what mump face bwoy did was in poor taste and classless. And when we stop thinking that those things are unimportant and any kind of behaviour can go because publicty is more important, then we should remember not to becry the bad behaviour of ppl in general in this society.

marketers could care less if <span style="font-weight: bold">my old self </span>knows who Taylor Swift is as long as my 9 year old goddaughter knows who Taylor is and the <span style="font-weight: bold">BILLONS </span>out there like her know who the singer is, then they are making money hands over fist.

apparently loops the cheetah girls rule the universe thru song and dance.....So I learned when I had to sit thru their &quot;Cheetah Girls do Bollywood&quot; movie last year

and then was instructed to purhcase all things Cheetah for the child for Xmas....only to find out how popular they were because their stuff was sold out everywhere, including me trying to order online thru the States too
