All that is speculation. Since I see steel in the blocks and I still think it is somewhere in a Jamaican prefab housing community,where the people improve the houses the minute they get the keys and result in all sort of monstrosities, complete with prison fencing.
You can even see the original strip driveway that is so Jamaican.
Complete with th e100 lbs gas cylinder.
I am sure that some person that presently live in Jamaica could tell which distributor it is, by the colour on the cylinder.

like I said, an american website carried this same picture a while back and the negihborhood was in the L.A area, so all they did is teef this pic for there article.

They could hav estolen the pictire too. Unless we can find the source that prove that it is not Jamaica i believe it is.

I traced the picture and it was not done in Mexicali. Since the people they say Ir came from facebook and even the poster that they credited with it Richard Metzger, is not the source. Since he is actually speculating if it is real or shopped.
