In Jamaica these days, position held may signify who they sleep with and how high they are in th gay circle, than ability.

That organization was historically influenced by the gayness of the employee, but in those days they had skills too.

You ever work in the system in Jamaica?
Well up here i usually boils down to race, while some people get away with mediocre work, while others don't get an even playing field, but down there it is all about gayness.
That is why when I see them talking about Jamaica being so homophobic. I take lexile notice of it.

The difference is that if you don't work inside the beast you never see it. Is like that many being a homosexual, but lived in Jamaica in open society for 42 years,and no one bother him.

That is until a fellow gay man murder him,and they want to call that antigay bashing. What it is is gay murder,but gay on gay murder.
The majority of what pass for simply carelessness, is the result of people being kept in possession that they are not technically qualified.but rather earn it through gay relationships.
Even in the police, military, banking sector and hotel industry.
Not mention the artist guild. You can call it fertile imagination, but one of these dats you will change yotu views, when the real underbelly of Jamaican buysiness sector, is exposed.
