And better to hear that there is some improvement on that front.
The worst torture is sleep deprivation, and intolerable noise is one of the most torturous means to experience it.
Just keep your fingers crossed that they keep it that far.
Since as if the torture is not enough, the act of ridding the community seem to be a torture in itself.
