Too right...after T.G. syp. thought it would be for any blacks in a pred. white country to NOT try to live in pred. black areas. For that reason, would not trust the food in the shops, the schooling, et.al...To me, makes better sense NOT to do it if you are in pred. non-black country.

to answer the question-
no it does not necessarily make them sellouts;
any person should be free to live wherever they want;

currently it is mostly blacks & browns who occupy ghetto areas so most perceive it as moving up to live in a mostly white area;
unfortunately the system perpetuates the ghetto system; and the brainwashing by the press and educators keeps the ghetto mentality alive in some of the people---who have no idea who they really are or what they are really worth, so they act out this role that was dictated to them from birth subliminally by the beast;

first they must leave the ghetto of the mind, then they can start to change the ghetto into a more livable place and step up the fight against the system to provide adequate services & programs as they do in more affluent areas
