In my state and a few more it not criminal to smoke mariJ, but it not legal either. If you have less than an ounce (and an ounce is nuff) they can't arrest you, but they can give you a ticket for anything from 50 to 300 bucks, depending on the town. So it is a free for all for instance in my town it is $50, that make it the cheapest. Well they seem to decide to take over the parks. Only white people so far though. The blacks might have heard of the treatment they would get, and decide to risk a higher fine some place else, than to be charged with serious crimes for just being over there doing what the whites do.
