I was told I had no contractual agreements to impede me from switching. ON INSTALL day they asked for 140.00

Charge to remove old satelites from my roof....was told 0 on day of INSTALL 90.00

Per month 90.00

On day of INSTALL-130.00 for the first six months, then 155.00 plus taxes there after....

So you would have done WHAT?????

Verizon pulled junk like that one me and after 3 months.

That is how long it took me to look an the bill. they credited me for all the over billing.

So thi seem like the strategy. those who don't look at their bills will pay.

Those who do but does not insist on getting the credit will also pay.
only leave a minority that realize that they are entitled to what is on the copy of the form that they singed and have stashed in a drawer.

i hope you belong to the latter group, are you will be caught in the trap that they are allowed to set of unsuspecting customers, by their paid hacks.

LOL THAT"S IT? I was on the phone with customer service and SEVERAL different supervisors from 9:00 AM- 5:30 Pm when I put them. and all of their little boxes OUT of my house.

Funny I do not have billing issues with Verizon. I wonder why?

I have had soooooo many issues with my cellphone provider and yes as Dr D says I think they rely on people not questioning the billing/contract more people need to stand up to these teefing people unfortunatly so many don't and that is why the feel they have a monopoly and can take advantage of the ignorant

Y did you spend 8 1/2hrs on with supervisors? Tell them you will be calling the PUC and FCC then do so. But yes at 5:30 they should have had their boxes out.

In the meantime File your complaint with the FCC here
