I am 6'3" and I once dated a very lovely Dutch girl/woman. She was 5'11", so she said, I think she was really around 6'. I didn't realize Holland was the capitol of tall women.

There is something wrong here. Giantism tends to impact the skeletal system leading the the thickening of bone structure around the face as well as bone loss and osteoarthritis in the load bearing bones and joints. Someone with her height would be suffering from a curved spine and would need to walk with crutches. These images are photoshopped.
