Her hand is outstretched for a handshake greeting. He seems to be saying, &quot;Are you kidding me! Nothing less than a hug.&quot; Look where his eyes are focused.

Obama's facial expression is rather telling, given the PM's womanizing, playboy persona.

Ahhh! C'on Humano, these pictures, photos if you will, are split seconds apart and does not tell the whole truth. If we were to look at a video taken &quot;live&quot; the motions would be complete from start to finish giving us thre real picture. It's the same thing they pulled off on Obama, I think in Paris showing him looking at a young ladie's &quot;booty&quot; when he was clearly not.

What these modern camera are capable of doing with split-seconds photography can be mis-leading and should be taken for what it's worth &quot;pure entertainment value&quot; not suitable for serious journalism or for telling the truth... The fact that Berlusconi is a known &quot;womanizer&quot;, this type of photo could be used negatively against him which aint right!...
