I am at it again! My boss told me he just got qualified, so I called my bank. Obviously, I answered all the correct they promise to send me a package. The boss told me just rig the numbers so not short and tiny over.

Has any one here got qualified without missing a payment? It says as long as over 31% of income goes to mortgage we suitable candidate.

A woman that I work with told me today that she has been approved for a loan modfication.I believe she said that her lender contacted her about it. She said that her lender said something about her getting it on a trial period. She was pleased about the monthly payment.
