Not if the yard is impervious to the reptile invasion. It is she who suggest that it was so.
in other words, if the city discover them there and decide that it was being caged there, they will fine you whether you believe it or not.

Especially if they get a report from some conscientious citizen, that this was so.

the absence of a highly paid lawyer, is usually evidence of guilt in that case.

you remind me of when we use to have a Jamaican group that use to advise the newly immigrated Jamaican about the do's and don't s and they usually come back to admit that they believe we were going overboard until they experience the ridiculous fines they got to harass them into moving out of reserved areas.

i am snot saying that this is so, but it certainly is not as ridiculous as toy want to appear it to be.

this iS America and i have live more that the lifespan of many on this board, and I have seen much too. seemingly ridiculous stories which was enough to frustrate people out of unwelcoming neighborhoods.

The ones native Massachusetts are endangered, and they are generally most species that is.

The reason is that they mature very slowly and it only take a short period for the effects of maltreatment to negatively affect the breed.

i don;'t know if that specific specie is protected in your area, but if it is, your neighbor may be breaking the law by feeding and trapping it in their yard.

LOL, no the turtles don't build fences, we humans build fences to protect the turtle egss.

Me google, and sea turtles are endagered in Florida. The other species of turtles are abundant.
