Ilford Market - Essex (edge of East London) - wide variety of English foods, indoor shopping centre for clothes, lingerie and electronics. Wide variety of shops. Gym close by too so quite a few guys stroll through... Oh! Yes and another wonderful Caribbean takeaway shop called "Calabash"

East Street... and Chomoute road Peckaham.. Greenwich has a good street market on Saturday...Brixton is pretty sterile... It is a myth about gun fire..

Harrod's always on my to-do list You are right, the food court is fabulous plus I love their tea section. I buy out the place when I am there.

I love the markets in London. I was there last in December/January. Sister lives in Leytonstone and niece and nephew in Walthamstow and Forest Gate and another sister in Stratford. Love, love the markets I just walk around and look hardly buy anything. Speaking of Brixton -- BIL have restaurant there and 'dodging bullet' is a sporting event.

OKey dokey - December/January if me still have de lille wukk caan run up an dung pan plain like fuss time and galang like me have wings. I am so saving up for the olympics I noticed a lot of the venues will be near to Stratford and Hackney.

I found out yesterday that alot of the Olympic events will be held up the street from where my aunti lives in Hackney Like within walking distance....so visiting in '12 is on the burner.
