The police say they have arrested a Canadian and another man described as a major player in the drugs for guns trade.

The men were taken into custody during an operation in Clarendon this morning.

Spokesman for Operation Kingfish Detective Sergeant Jubert Llwellyn says the Canadian is known to have been funding drug operations.

The identities of the men are being withheld pending further investigations.
