Did you realize that recently as a result of budget cuts the administration saw it fit to cut back on the dispensing of meds, to many psychiatric patients in Massachusetts?

Do you realize that it result is greater cost in hospitalization and children being cared for bu the state?

Yes Ir is the government fault.
It is the government fault why these people were not properly trained as cirozens.

They believe that they were saving money by neglecting to do so.
Now the have a citizenry that us hardly capable for carrying out the functions of citizenship, for most part without hand holding.

Grey government had the responsibility to transform the children into capable citizens.
