Don't blame it on the prescriber. because as bad as it is, they don't get to the point where government give orders, of when, what or how to prescribe the regulated drugs.

I spent a lot of time alone as a child.. I know my mother left me aone in bed and rushed to the shop to pick up things and rush back....At home.. my 8 year old walks to the village shop is that illegal, she is alone...????

I leave my three chidren in the house and go to the garage to pick up stuff is that home alone... I dont blanket condemn....

is this an african yanki, a whote yanki or a yardie ????
