They are simply mimicking what they think is the accepted behavior of civilized people to blacks.

There are more english speakers in China than in the USA.

On an interview, quit ea few state that they watch American TV shows to learn the culture.

some of these shows are also 30 year old colorized,reruns. Complete with the social norms of the day.

You're right about that! For Koreans in particular though. I don't think other East Asian groups have any genuine dislike for Black people.

It something "certain ppl" came up with to demean and make fun of black ppl living in America!

Its offensive when "they" say it, and offensive still when YOU or JAH YOUT say it! PERIOD!
