I use sani wipes when and but nothing like good ole soap and water ....soap made for the nether regions that is.

actaully what people do is install sumtin like a shower head hose that you can use while on the toilet..it hangs on the side of the tank...not sure if is jus cold water doah

I remember that at the hospital when I had given birth..they have warm water controls and the little soap pills...neat stuff..mek mi go google it...
