Trick or treaters

Only a few trick or treaters came to my door last night. One little girl (about 5 or6 ) was trying to grab hand fulls out of the bowl. I told her she could only have a few as I was not sure how many kids would come (I did not want to run out of candy.

She actually just came to the door again saying trick or treat. I told her that was yesterday but I have some candy left. I leave her at the door (to get candy)and came back to find her, her brother and 2 other kids. I gave them each a few candies and told them that is it. Do not come back looking more.

I bet the parents would be shocked to know that they are still going to peoples doors. It is sad but they need to be taught that it is just not safe!

I only had little boys last night...one showed up shortly before we left for our party and a whole gang of about 6 middle schoolers showed up when we had just returned. I still have candy left in the jar...

She came back again to tell me that 2 kids with her did not get candy from me. At least the 2 with her this time were 10 ish.

I told them that they can not just go to peoples doors because not every one is nice.

i'm wiped out of $50 worth of candy

the kids were plentiful and too cute

at 8:00 i closed my door and turned out the light

2 houses got TP'd - guess they didn't give out candy

i told abu that this was his last year knocking on doors for candy

next year he will be in high school

and all they do is cause trouble (like the TP'ers)

i saw a couple of eggs too . . .

You guys give candy....?

I save a bunch of coins,these kids nowadays arent looking for no candy,they want to see the colour of your money,I pay handsomely not to have my front door defaced.

One year I gave out money, and it seems as if they wanted cas...err candy...i felt so humiliated. Now, I don't answer my bell.

[I gave money out of fear that they might get poison apples and say they got it at my door...even then, I couldn't win]

we didn't see <span style="font-weight: bold">one</span> trick or treater...not even the kids from the other apartments...

Look like the door to door business outta style now. We went to our church where there was literally 1,000 + people there. It was an unbelievable sight.

I like that there was activities there other than just getting candy. There was this Huge Bun fire that we gathered around for horror story telling and they served hot cocoa and hot dogs.

Was my first time and was quite a treat for me

these days theres too much liability.
some kid chokes on a tootsie roll and the parents whos kid it happen to own you.
