this is not about investment.

It is about taking over the whole caribbean and over run the local population making them maids amd gardeners.

If they are not fit to develop the country, why would the need their permission to move in?

This could be their intent but nowhere have they stated that they will supplant the local governments. That would be re-Colonization which I can't visualize happenning with the exceptions of <span style="font-weight: bold">Turks and Caicos, Cayman and possible Bermuda.</span> If they show their hand and that is their objective, they will not be allowed to set foot on our soil, and if they conned their way in before revealing intent, they would have an uprising to deal with, especially if they tried that with Jamaica. You know that Doc!

Thinking about it, we could set a trap for them, especially if they are allowed in without revealing their intent... Allow them to get somewhat settled and eventually garnered all the bad guys into one &quot;patriotic&quot; contingent waiting for orders from above... These guys would become useful &quot;citizens&quot; as part of our armed forces under &quot;heavy manners&quot; from that moment ... It would be like &quot;killing two birds&quot; with one stone.. What about 'taken over the countries' not state that they want to take them over. Did they say invest in them?. Whey are you looking for your own meaning, when the statement is straight forward?
Us that because it is difficulty to accept the enormous responsibility to avoid the eventuality??
They have all the intentions. this was in place since independence was grudgingly allowed.

If Britain was not weakened by the Germans,during the war,the Caribbean and Africa would still be In slavery.

Ireland first and then India showed them what can happen when you are weak.
They didn't have enough control over them.
But they made sure that the Caribbean and Africa was still in chains.
On a short leash, but still in chains.

And about trapping them.. That Is wishful thinking. You forget how wars are fought??
They poison the water they saturate whole areas with gases. then the control the news. It never happen.
