How you know somebody did not call police?

How you know it is not police?After all the private police wear black.
and the Supt wear white shirt,and them use bikes and they travel with guns and secure gated communities.

just a few months ago the red seam police shot up the entertainers house,with his wife and kids in there on the same street.
Them never wear uniform.

So what is unusual about that?


who in them right mind would face man with gun in Jamaica police or not and know that they don't have any right to protect their own life?

So how come these so-called vigilant citizens werent so keen on stopping crimes when two guys ride up on a motorbike to a gated community,one dressed in full suit of black and toting a gun in his waistband,how come these vigilinat citizens didnt even see fit to call the police,...I know its supposed to be haloween,but what did these citizens think these guys come as. </div></div>

Well you were the one who said police cannot stop crimes,it is up to vigilant citizens,so why dont you answer your own question as to how the vigilant citizens can stop crimes if they cant even pick up a phone to report a pretty obvious suspicious looking activity.

Call Police??
Its obvious people think the term &quot;Police&quot; in the parts of the world we use to means the same in Jamaica.

The JCF has become nothing but a corrupt institution of 'legal' gunmen and hustlers.

Police do not prevent crime in Jamaica.. They simply come on the scene after the fact and pose up wid dem big guns and screw face..

Mi had a bredren carjacked at gunpoint last week. Man open him gate and as him a guh back fi drive in.. four hiombre wid gun dat.
Three teck him car drive off, and the one stayed back , poke him in his side wid the nozzle and tell him fi run..
Bredren sey him couldnt move fi the first few seconds.. den when him finally could command his feet to run, all im a think is think is dat him soon feel a bullet.

All this time his wife saw wat was happening and called 911..(or what ever it is we call in Ja nowadays) she call the emergency #..
When she finnal got thru and reported..
NO Police

A few hours later a single police came in a car..
Di policeman meck dem know sey him neva get dispatched to the scene.. him just a pass thru beacuse he heard the report over the police radio and as how him have a good bredren that lives on that street, him just did a check fi meck sure a neva him bredren get hold up..

Official police response?? all now

Seriously, though, I think Dr D, X, and CB have given elements of a response. The cops don't turn up, so people don't even bother to call them again. Who to tell, maybe the cops were called, but had been ordered by the gunmen's bosses not to intervene. The possibilities are endless...
