The type of policing they are demanding only breed more murderers.

It is what the private sector want, the country gets.

after all these years we have only gotten worse and that is alarming...sense of nation &amp; pride &amp; morality is far less now than in my yute days...
poverty alone is not enough to explain it...it's a spiritual direction the country has gone on;
it reflects in the music, the dancing, the violence- it manifests in every way...and the main culprits ARE THE LEADERS

Imagine a great nation without an effective police force?
A crazy notion, but lets say that for a DECADE we transfer all the police and the system of provincial security from say Ontario to Jamaica, and in return we transfer the island security system and all its police officers to Ontario.

Expect any changes?

The problem in Jamaica is NOT the people.. Nuking Portmore, ingston, Span town and Clarendon would only create a dusty breeding ground for a new set of hardened souls..

The problem in Jamaica is corrupt, inept law enforcement system.. The problem in Jamaica is the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

Mi meba a bawl out while grasping franticly pon di sea floor as the receding wave a try pull iya out to sea.. Mi memba the wave actually exposed the ocean floor as it receeded and a did soso sharp big stones.. little if any sand..
A mi ole man heard mi a bawl out and had to cut him #2 (a guess that makes it a # 1 1/2) and come grab mi outta di strong water ...
