There is a difference between learning and education.
Education change the educated, while learning don't nessarily do.
Not all forms of education benefits the educated , more cenently the beneficiaries are usually thepolicy makers od the education.
People are educated as tools of a system inmost cases.
More or less highly skilled, and informed slaves.
Don't tell them tyhough. That is the good thing about it. They don't even realize.
