However, it appears the PNP is not satisfied, saying it will not participate until Holness responds to all the integrity and other issues it has raised in the media.
The PNP's six concerns:
1. Holness' comment that the Sam Sharpe Square shooting at a JLP rally was "an act of terror"
2. Holness' nomination day comment allegedly defaming the Prime Minister
3. Holness' meeting with Jamaican convicted in Qatar.
4. The financing of the construction of Holness' house in Beverly Hills, St Andrew
5. The Senate letters saga
6. Robert Montague's assertion of oil imports link with Isis

Did Dr. Phillips say that for real?
I did not myself see Khia Duncan's tweet/post, but I read the report in Jamaica Observer.
Dr. D.K Duncan was the MP for the Constituency I lived in. During the 70s when he and the inept Comrade Leadership was mobilizing Jamaica into the ground, our Area which voted 99.99% PNP fell to pieces. Many of the so-called protectors he imported for the East preyed upon the young women of the Area. All Jamaican White owned and Chinese owned businesses were driven out of the Area and their properties taken over.
I know not of one young man or woman from our Area who have risen up in the ranks of the PNP (even though we are some of the most loyal supporters of the Party). .... Yet his daughters and even he himself have been and continue nominees of the Party its highest offices and worse for National Elections.

Similarly Dr. Peter Phillips. He is, of course, our current MP. What Dr. D.K. Duncan accomplished (the almost total destruction of our Area) he has made even worse. Yet he and his son are high office holders within the Party and at the State level.
These Socialists turned crony Capitalists Oligarchs, have fattened themselves and their cabal, while many in Jamaica suffered, politically, socially and economically. Ms. Khia Duncan's rant on social media serves to illuminate the darkness. Comrade Manley's successors have risen to control the commanding heights on the economy and don't want anyone else eating a food, no matter what Party colour their shirt is
