SUPERCLUBS boss John Issa said he was unaware until asked that an "Annual Miss Got [censored] Girl of the Year Contest" was being held at his Hedonism hotel.
ISSA... I don't know who would be there to police it
<span style="font-style: italic">Issa was answering questions in a follow-up deposition in his ongoing lawsuit that began in January this year in the Circuit Court of the 11th Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, where he is claiming that he was defamed by e-mails traced to computers originating in that US state.</span>
Attorney Reginald Clyne of Clyne and Associates, representing the defendants, pointed Issa to an ad on the website www.gotass.ca saying: "Jamaica Hedonism II. June 1st through 8th, 2009. The Third Annual Miss Got [censored] Girl of the Year Contest."
Clyne: "Do you have a Miss Got [censored] Girl of the Year Contest at your hotel?"
Issa: "I didn't know until now, but anyway, go on."
Clyne: "This is the wildest booty contest held worldwide in beautiful Jamaica. We are back for the third year in a row to hold the wildest, craziest, best [censored] contest of the year."
Issa: "What's the question?"
Clyne: "Do you know anything about this Miss [censored] contest?"
Issa: "No, but what does this have to do with prostitution?"
Clyne: "I'm going to get there. Okay. Next one, Jamaica, the Miss Assapolloza Event, Hedonism II, August 10th through 17th, 2009. Do you know if there was an Assapolloza event?"
Issa: "No, I didn't know until now."
Clyne: "Going on to the next page, shows a dildo. 'Discover sex with Eden fantasies', and it goes 'Hedonism, a guide to the world'."
Issa: "What is this thing in the middle? Is this an ad or what?"
Clyne: "This is an ad, apparently."
Issa: "Who publishes this blog? Is it our blog?"
Clyne: "No, it's someone talking about their stay at the hotel. I want to point out to you, it's a travel log and they talk about their trip to Jamaica and what they did at Hedonism and the sex they had. It says 'After our midnight snack, we decided to test out the legendary late-night nude hot tub. without getting into too many details, it lives up to its reputation'. There was definitely a lot of PDA including hot tub sex."
Issa: "What is PDA?"
Clyne: "Public displays of affection. 'Including hot tub sex, MsJaxin and Bigjax included. Hot tub orals, two couples engaged in group sex and anything else you could possibly imagine. We left the hot (tub) and went off to bed at sometime around 4:00 am'. This is someone reporting it."
Issa: "This seems to be happening in the middle of the night. I don't know who would be there to police it."
Clyne: "All right. It says it happens all the time. I'm just giving you an example."
Issa: "<span style="font-style: italic">Absolute statements are usually false</span>. It may happen sometimes. It may happen often, but happening all the time is a lie on the face of it."
Clyne: "That was day two."
Later in the deposition, Clyne continued: "Yes, 'there were plenty of PDAs', which is public displays of affection... another foursome and, again, everything else you can think of. We did also witness a couple who seemed to have rule problems'."
Issa: "A problem with our rules? What does that mean?"
Clyne: "It seems. I will read on: 'It seems the husband was not comfortable with agreed upon rules. The wife wanted to play with another female."
