The Jamaica Labour Party's (JLP) General Secretary Dr Horace Chang made the claim on Sunday, however, PNP, General Secretary, Paul Burke, says the statement is unsubstantiated.
“There are many bad rumours going around, the PNP has no plans to carry out any court action to stop Mr. Holness from being sworn in. We will accept the democratic results of the 2016 general election,” Burke said.
