Any person that is willing to give up his rights of improper search,should realize that their health records are protected by that same right.
Trespass in their property by government agencies, because they 'suspect' some crime is being carried out there.
yet at the same time they want right to privacy of E/mail.
They are willing for the laws to be broken , for their personal fears, but claim to be law abiding.
