If I had "that kind of money," I would create an airline that would cater to extra, extra, extra overweight people. The picture below was taken by an American Airlines flight attendant. She said she did not take it to be insensitive but to show all that is wrong about this (3 comes to my mind right now). What do you think?

Thats the photo they showed on a news story this am,
supposedly taken before takeoff.
I would hope he was moved into a double seat somewhere else before the flight.

I read something that said he is actually sitting/resting on the ARM of the seat which is why he appears like a giant over everyone else and he was probably not sitting down waiting for whoever to claim (or hopefully not claim) the window seat.
