some of the tourists just clueless- for example they will wish u happy thanksgiving not knowing that its an american holiday, but a regular working day outside the US!
Wont bother to repeat some of the questions they ask strangers on the street etc..

it happens here as well

i was vacationing on Hilton Head Island (formerly a black island where the folks got ripped off by Hilton )relaxing on the beach at the Marriott there

a tourist walked by and then turned around and asked me - &quot;can you braid my hair&quot;

i said &quot;i'm on vacation just like you&quot;
