Yu memba bout a 18 months ago mi did post some ramblings af ah fren af mine who was in the middle of the Steppes in Kazahstan ???? The one yu wanted fi know if im available fi a meaningful arrarange ment ???

Well mi just sank a couple jugs of ale with him!!!! I hadnt seen him since 96... We had a good chat. (I did copy your intention to him and he remembered you!)... He is in good health still there possibly on his way to becoming very wealthy... Still married though.. He left his wife in the capital and was sinking ale with me in London.. He has got a great pitch looking for investors.. He still has the sence of honour and still derives pleasure from simple things and great acheivements.. He told me of how it blew his mind sitting for lunch with bankers trying to raise money..



Thought you might recall.. I sent you pictures he took of the fire in the middle of the steepes where an oil rig sank through the ground...

wahalla yes, i still remember our conversation, and the individual u mentioned. in fact it all crossed my mind this past weekend when i stopped for a min to watch a bit of a documentary about woolly mammoths who once roamed the steppes.

i still have those pix of the fire in the ground. the jcans.com website gave me the best conversion of those photos but boy i could never do more than one per day. i may try posting them again, mi have some time off.

hope ur friend is well. i don't actually recall that i asked if him was available. i do remember saying that i, as a black, jamaican woman, would be open to travelling with someone to farflung places.

does there come a time when he longs to retire to the womb of a small backyard with fruit trees to tend while wife brings out the tea? (kinda like what it sound u doing, )

I am still in the game... At the moment it is kinna smooth.. same [censored], different city... with better resturant..... Still sleep more than 70% of the year in a differenr country to the wife...
