u know i saw an episode of The property Shop on HGTV, where the realtor just called and asked these people how much they would be willing to sell their house for.

the person thinking is a scam? (which is possible i guess) or just creepy?

I get that all the while from realtors thou for their clients from up north.

My city has a great school system so everyone flocks to it.

This reminds me of a couple of years ago when Chinese millionaires were trying to get rid of their plummeting dollars.
They were instructing US realtors buy Americans properties for them - any properties.
