How would his and satisfiying himself that it was good help the people who are buying it??
If he was selling 7 kilos of drugs why wasn't he there when it was sold?

well the defence attorney was quoted as saying he was accused of attempting to buy.
It does not matter what they cal it, if the defence attorney is right, which I have no reason to doubt.

I don't know if it is just me but it seems like the defense attorney has already conceded the case. This is based on the quotes I am reading from. Is it that bad that they cannot put up a good defense or fight. We have seen trials were the evidence seems to be pointing in one direction that goes to court and the defendant is found not guilty.

According to DEA Special Agent Daniel McCaffery, on December 8, law-enforcement agents received information from a confidential source that Buju and his associates were in the Sarasota area of Tampa, Florida, and wanted to purchase several kilograms of cocaine.

It is further alleged that Buju agreed to meet with the unnamed confidential source who was outfitted with audio and video-recording equipment.

<span style="font-weight: bold">Tested cocaine</span>

McCaffery said Buju and one of his co-defendants, Ian Thomas, met the source at a restaurant before travelling to a second restaurant where they were shown a quantity of cocaine.

&quot;After viewing the cocaine, Myrie (who allegedly used his tongue to test the cocaine) and Thomas continued to negotiate with the confidential source for them to obtain multiple kilograms of cocaine,&quot; McCaffery said in his affidavit.

I was foolishly trying to point out that in Amsterdam in these same clubs mentioned that host Gay events that Buju is welcome to perform. Dutch people by the majority are white thus showing that not all white gays are objectionable to his being allowed to perform. After all he is relatively unknown outside of the Reggae music business. He is actually more famous to the general public for his homophobic rants.
My opinion is that he got so used to the farrin food in Holland that they set him up and tell him to sample the ollieballen

then they said he was selling it. Now his defence lawyer said he was accused of selling it.
