Did he make any arrangement to buy any drug?
Did he attempt to exchange any money for the drugs?
Where Is he when all this drug selling and buying was taking place?
Did he go with them after he realize that they were buying drugs?
His only fault I saw there was to give the people a ride. As Jamaicans are known to do.

And to taste the drug. All this seem to be is that he is a cocaine addict, that followed this guy on his drug entrapment deal.
But the trap still did not catch him.

Because He did not arrange to buy or was he present when the other people was buying the drugs.
They have to show that he was either there when they were selling the drugs, or he was directing them on the phone do do the business. This entrapment is so short, because they realize that they could not get him in the crime. I wonder how long they were trying to entrap him?

the charge is that he conspired to by it..that is the burden of the prosecution to prove that this in in fact the case..I think either way it turns out it will be seen a a railroad job

It is a railroad job. Thatis all it is. they use taxpayer money to turn othe rtaxpayers into wards of teh state. So instead of him out her working and paying taxes, he is in prison having taxpaters supportinghim. How many people they take oout of work when they put him in prison.
He is just the tip of teh iceberg.

yea but mi ting dat did over and done wid, and wouldnt influence im role in di buju ting.

anyway, mi no know yaa.

mi did lose affa buju after the beating up of the gay man ting couple years ago (mi can live with him being homophobic but mi couldnt tek di violence). nevertheless, mi hope him get the best defence and the best possible outcome from this. mi read the affidavit and the one question mi had was who was the confidential source - sound like smaddy weh buju did trust but who was a doublecrosser.

Chances are they will see from jump-street that his earnings rest upon him immense talent as musician and not a chef.
The one bright spark in all this he will get good rest from his touring and can spend his time penning new killer songs.
