What latitude you live in??
you leave water in unheated garage and the bottles don't all break??
You want to bet when they start thaw, the bottoms of everyone start leak??
You have a lot to learn about the arctic zone you live in.
It seem like it is going to be very expensive an education too.
I suggest you check if they are already leaking and if the ones you have inside is leaking leave the others outside and onlytake them uo when you can place them imn another container to defrost. And then pour them in other bottles.

That is an educatiion i never think iwould hear about again.

I always have pallets of water ourside in the garage and nuttin happen to the containers at all.
