Smaddy tell mi daht it behooves people fi get involve in it. But mi nu agree. Di same smaddy then went on to disclose that is cah dem get involve in office politics ("In a smart way"... ) that is why dem move up the ranks. I think that there is no way to get mix up in Office Politics widout getting shegup, but that's just me.

Any truth to what dem saying?

i think widout a dobt you have to get involved i office politics to move up. if you not in the right party you going to get left behind no matter your talent... you have to make sure you join the right party and play your cards so you can switch at the blink of an eye

the hardest play in office politics is to move from the employee ranks to management ranks(that one tek smoozing and sucking up) ...once yuh mek that move the game change..then is all about alliance and ting

I've seen many talentless people move up the ladder due to clever politicking.
