It's crime condition is worse than Jamaica. Although Jamaica is competing well for the prime spot.
Singapore is a completely different case.
With the draconian laws, the dictator has decreed, and the US military base taking up about a quarter, where else could the criminals function?
That is not a suitable design for Jamaica.

I don't know yet, Rich....want to talk to the man who owned the store tomorrow to get more details.....I have a feeling that the wife was so traumatized, she probably just followed the instructions of the kidnappers, but I don't know this to be true (yet) </div></div>

Have been looking for him, but he's never around when I am....will keep trying to get the full hundred.

i agree wid Kgn, all who can go back, needs to go back now and help rebuild the country, the resources, the energy and all that we have to offer, and stop staying from far and a try fling dem good wishes~
