Yes man. Alla a unu need fi check Boardlane at minimum on these occasions:

-First ting when yuh wake up-prior to clearing any and all hi matta.
-Jus before yuh lef out fi wuk (woulda save Wendylina today)
-When firs yuh reach in but before first coffee
-Prior to lunch brake
-After lunch Brake
-Before leaving work
-As soon as you reach back a fi yuh yaad.
-Before yuh gone a yuh bed.
