...ALL. And a Happy 2010 as well. I was listening to an old radio show I did with my very dear friend Rupie Walters on the former MIX 99.9 FM in Toronto back on Christmas Eve 1995. Got me to thinking of all the GREAT people I had the pleasure of spending years with here at J'cans dot calm...and I've been getting e-mails from people listening to Jamaican Christmas music here as well lately...so I thought...drop in and say hello.

Yes Rich. THAT all happened south of us. We're actually north of the Great Lakes/Georgian Bay snow belt. Up on the James Bay Frontier.

I'm an hour and a half north of North Bay. And you? Still in T.O.? Everything is cool there I hope. [haven't been down there for some 20 months now.]

Been ever so busy Kia. Life is different up here. Had 2 jobs rolling at the same time. Spending way more time on the street as well. As a result...much less at the 'puter.

And...who is Gen? New name for an old[er] face?

Played some current top 40 on the local radio station for some 30 months. Finished it all yesterday. They wouldn't allow me a free hand to play what I know best. Almost NO Reggae...and NO old hits. So...I walked.
