JKid...The bush is nice. Decent people living up here. A fun place to live. [but NO ox-tail. ] You still in the same spot near Detroit? I don't think I could find you again. Life is good for you though?

Wahalla...I did trim off the whiskers some this past summer. But I had to grow 'em back for the cold weather. I'd call you a one trick pony but nothing could be further from the truth. Good to see you.

It was my plan to retire to Manchester. Still working though and I can't leave Ontario. It's actually in my contract. I'll revisit the 6 or 7 months a year in Jamaica/5 or 6 months in Canada [summer obviously] scenario when the time comes. [althought St Elizabeth might be my new choice when the time comes]

I meant to say domino. Brain's frozen. It's c-c-c-cold up here. So you still get over to Toronto for some fun? The LAST thing I did in Toronto was play music for that huge Playoff Tournament Richie put on at The Marcus Garvey Centre. People didn't know what to expect from me as I'm sure 90% of the attendees had never seen me or heard me play out. I think everyone went home happy. ['cept for me...as I knew it was to be my last association with the Jamaican community...at least for a LONG LONG while.]

But life up here is good in different ways. I'm much healthier in terms of exercise, lifestyle. Folks up here are much friendlier than most Torontonians. So...you give up some in order to get some.

Funny thing about the MGC... I hear the people running it did not meet their obligations to establish programs and they lost the building (what I could do with a gift like that!)


Didn't get to Toronto this year, medical issues, hopefully resolved following latest surgery, and back injury (repetitive strain at work) Now fighting with Quebec compensation (I'm noticing a trend to their approval of French claims and refusal of English claims)

Governments and insurance companies will always put people through the ringer trying to disuade them from claiming what is rightfully their's. They do it in hopes that they'll frustrate the person so much that they'll give up. Don't give up. Sooner or later...it'll pay off. Medial issues are such a kick in the head. I had some of my own this fall...apparently due to stress. Get well SisD. And remember to keep on 'lookin' out for # 1.&quot;
