What unnu tink, is this the parents fault for not watching thier todler more closely? the building mgr for not keeping the door to the roof locked? Should anybody be blamed at all?

i dont quite get stories where toddlers escape from the house

if dem know the child know how fi open the door (and dem insist on sleeping dead to the world) why not install an upper lock on the door that the child cannot reach , or lock dem door ??


plus, 5 years ago there was another "fatality" involving a child with the same parents, ascawding to the news.
